All of us are now hoping for a much safer and less anxious post COVID19 scenario.
Lets keep our fingers crossed !
For businesses, consumer businesses in particular, its been said that they have to settle for a #newnormal.
My take is that NEVER Normal is going to be the #newnormal. Businesses will have to live up to the #nevernormal new normal!
N - Nimble in decision making
E - Empathetic to customer worries and fears
V - Value delivery at every opportunity
E - Eager to satisfy ever changing customer preferences
R - Restless to take execution to the next higher level
NEVER Normal is the #newnormal.
