Formula 1 of Leadership ! 

#Leadership has been the most talked about concept in #management circles over the years.

Won't it be wonderful if we had a simple construct to explain this #concept? I thought of giving it a shot:👇

Consider #Leadership as a long and winding #journey - just like a #car #rally!

This car has three seats to be occupied: The Passenger, The Driver, The Navigator.

These are nothing but the three #stages of Leadership.

#The Passenger: In our initial years we are all trying to adjust in our professions and trying to know the ecosystem (the Car). We tend to go along with the flow..

#The Driver: As we reach middle management, we start driving our teams to specific goals and objectives. We are firmly in the seat and trying to drive the car to its #destination before anyone else!

#The Navigator: There comes a time when we evolve as senior Leaders and focus on being Navigators for our #team of strong Drivers. Just guiding and giving directions whenever necessary.

So everyone evolves (or should evolve) from being a Passenger to a Driver to a Navigator in their Leadership journey. 😊🚙🚗🏎️
