Right or Kind ?

Leadership Challenge: Deciding between the Right and the Kind.

Leaders are always put to test in decision making: One of the toughest situation is to decide between the Right and the Kind!

The choices are not always easy and obvious. Right and Kind don't go together many a times :(

Some say that being Kind is always Right :)

Some say that being Right is the duty of a Leader !

So the world seems to be really divided on this one ! With a slight skew towards being Right..

At the end of it, it is about the learning curve for a leader. Based on his experiences of success in decision making he/she will evolve his/her orientation...and keep evolving ! :)
